CEO/PROJECT MASTER DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Margarita Aunei-Stowers serves as the CEO, and project master development specialist, for Giv3 Our Time Charity.

Margarita passionately contributes 100% to the team by sharing her framework expertise across all charity departments and demonstrating excellence measurement through her in-depth knowledge of how to implement its strategy. For more than 25 years, Margarita has worked and volunteered on the front lines overseas, in NZ, the US, and Brisbane, QLD, Australia for not-for-profit sectors that address homelessness and women who are victims of domestic violence. 

Margarita has also worked as a program development director for young people, men, and women, as well as a provider of corporate strategist services and employment support services.

Margarita exhibits her management plan execution expertise, leadership in organisations, and collaboration within community projects. She exemplifies the power of influence for good impact.

SENIOR POLICY ADVISOR/Research & CO-DIRECTOR OF EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SERVICE

Elizabeth Walsh joins Giv3 Our Time Charity as our Senior Policy Advisor and Co-Director of our Employment Services Sector.

She comes with 30 years of experience in the Human Service Sector, across disabilities, aged care, employment services, mental health, and children’s services.

Elizabeth is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) and epitomises all that is Just, Right and Fair with values of Social Justice, Family, and Integrity.

Jenny

LIVE CREATIVE PRODUCTION DIRECTRESS SPECIALIST

Jenny Moon, the director of Moon Mother Productions Pty Ltd, will be a member of the executive management team for the Giv3 Our Time Charity Board.

Jenny is passionate about community involvement, environmental protection, and supporting charitable events and initiatives.

Among the areas, Jenny is passionate about are homelessness, mental health, autism, and gender equality. She practices humanitarianism and supports the rights of the marginalized.

Jenny’s company, Moon Mother Productions, which was established in 1991, offers a full range of event production services in Melbourne and Victoria. Over the course of her career, Jenny has worked as a front-of-house/monitor audio engineer, tour manager, and production manager. She began as an audio engineer more than 30 years ago.

Sarita

DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL BRAND MARKETING SPECIALIST

Sarita Smiley, from New York City, has worked as a chaplain, ambassador, publicist, actress, and casting director. An enthusiastic brand marketing strategist who is eager to contribute her expertise to Giv3 Our Time Charity joins forces with the Park Family to fully embrace this project.
 
Sarita has firsthand knowledge of what it’s like to be homeless; “I knew one day it would not always be like this, and for that reason among others I have a love to help and to serve people in need,” she said.
 
Sarita had faith and confidence that one day she would succeed and be able to support others who were going through similar situations.
 
Sarita is passionate and has a strong desire to assist and support those in need.

COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP

With over 12 years of experience in community service, Scanlan has been managing and enhancing community programs across Queensland. His extensive background includes providing vital pastoral care, demonstrating a deep commitment to nurturing both the spiritual and practical needs of the community.

Alongside Scanlan, Cathy brings her own unique strengths to their shared mission. Together, they work tirelessly to foster spiritual growth and support, creating a nurturing environment where individuals and families can thrive.

Their dedication to the community stands as a testament to their profound impact and unwavering commitment.

CHARMAINE ARMSTRONG AKA DIZZY DOOLAN

Music & Arts Project Manager

Charmaine Armstrong, AKA Dizzy Doolan, from far North Queensland joins the management team at Giv3 Our Time Charity as our Music & Arts Project Manager.

Charmaine brings a wealth of experience as a mentor, motivational speaker, professional performer, hip-hop musician, singer/songwriter, dancer, actor, social media influencer, and youth worker.

She is also a dedicated advocate for homelessness, suicide prevention, and domestic violence.

Reflecting on her journey, Charmaine shares, “The challenges I faced while living on the streets and the journey to overcome them have shaped who I am today. Now,

I am committed to helping others navigate their paths to success.”

Charmaine is passionate about making a meaningful impact and believes in our collective power to inspire change and positively influence both current and future generations.
